Anthracite, mainly composed of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and other elements, has lower sulfur content, less ash, and higher calorific value compared to other types of coal. Its distinctive feature is its nearly smokeless combustion, hence the name “anthracite”. Anthracite finds widespread applications in both industrial and domestic sectors. Industrially, it is commonly used in producing city gas, manufacturing desiccants, and synthesizing ammonia. On the domestic front, anthracite serves as a fuel for home heating, cooking, and in the production of charcoal pencils, among other uses. Compared to other types of coal, anthracite generates fewer smoke particles during combustion, resulting in relatively lower environmental pollution.
The anthracite dryer’s operating speed is adjusted according to the varied physical and chemical properties of the drying materials, ensuring adequate drying time and quality. Typically, it is equipped with a variable frequency motor for better speed control.
The adoption of a novel feeding and discharging mechanism design eliminates issues such as blockages, discontinuity, uneven feeding, and material return that commonly occur in drum dryers.
Equipped with an intelligent PLC electrical control system, the equipment offers more precise parameter control, adapting effectively to changes in material characteristics.
The introduction of a new “self-centering trunnion device” ensures linear contact between the trunnion and roller, significantly reducing wear and power consumption, and thus extending the equipment’s lifespan.
